8-week pathway – £350

Support to manage side effects, maintain strength, and feel more in control during chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery recovery.
Includes 4 sessions, personalised action plan + resources.
 

Flourish & Nurture — Recovery & Beyond

6-session package – £480

Post-treatment support for rebuilding health and confidence.  Designed for life after treatment, when healing means more than just recovery.
Includes 6 sessions, personalised action plan + resources.

Flourish Together — Monthly Support Package

£125 initial consultation (includes first month) + £50/month (minimum 2 additional months)

Gentle, affordable support for people living with cancer.
Includes a 60-minute online consultation, personalised action plan, and ongoing email guidance for at least 3 months.
Ideal for those seeking consistent, expert-led care without the pressure of frequent appointments.

Optional add-on reviews: £65 per 30-minute session
